Started by President and CEO Stephan M. Kenny in 1991, Ocean Point, Ltd. was founded to meet the growing common interest association needs on the Delmarva Peninsula. Ocean Point, Ltd. now employs 2 CAI certified association managers, and 4 administrative support staff members. Ocean Point, Ltd. representatives are available 24 /7 year round to meet the needs of your association.

Who We Are


Stephan M. Kenny, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, CAM

President & Founder

Stephan M. Kenny is the President and Founder of Ocean Point, Ltd., which he established in 1991. With more than three decades of experience in community association and property management, he provides executive leadership and oversight of the company's management operations and client services.

Mr. Kenny earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Temple University and holds three professional designations through the Community Associations Institute (CAI): Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). The PCAM® designation represents CAI's highest level of professional recognition for community association managers and reflects advanced experience, education, and commitment to the community association management profession.

Mr. Kenny also holds a Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license issued through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The CAM license is a state-regulated professional credential for individuals who provide management services to condominium, homeowners, and other community associations in Florida and requires specialized education, examination, continuing education, and compliance with Florida's professional licensing requirements. Throughout his career, Mr. Kenny has focused on professional association management, financial oversight, property operations, capital projects, governance, and long-term planning for the communities served by Ocean Point, Ltd.

Andra Thomas

Director of Accounting

Andra Thomas serves as Director of Accounting for Ocean Point, Ltd., overseeing the accounting and financial administration functions for the company and the community associations it manages. In this role, Andra is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating accounts payable and receivable, overseeing association banking activity, assisting with account reconciliations, and supporting the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports provided to boards of directors. She works closely with association boards to help ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded, association funds are accurately accounted for, and boards receive timely and reliable financial information to support sound decision-making. Andra's attention to detail, organizational skills, and understanding of association financial operations make her an important part of Ocean Point's commitment to professional and responsive community association management.

Devlin McMichael

Operations Manager

Devlin McMichael serves as Operations Manager for Ocean Point, Ltd. and has worked alongside Stephan Kenny and Andra Thomas for the past seven years. During that time, he has developed a broad understanding of both the operational and financial aspects of community association management. Working primarily behind the scenes, Devlin helps coordinate the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of Ocean Point and the associations it manages. His responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, assisting with property maintenance and projects, supporting association communications, maintaining records and documentation, and assisting with financial and administrative matters. Devlin works closely with both management and accounting, giving him a unique understanding of how the operational, administrative, and financial functions of community association management work together. His versatility, organizational skills, and familiarity with Ocean Point's client communities make him an important part of the company's day-to-day operations and its commitment to responsive and professional association management.
